This website is served through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, on a global server network). When you open a page, your browser transmits technically necessary data that is logged in the process — in particular IP address, timestamp, the address requested and the browser identifier. This serves delivery and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data by us. As the provider is based in the USA, processing may also take place there, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how often our pages are opened and by which route. The service is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no cross-site profiles. What we look at are aggregate page counts, not individuals. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a site that fits its audience (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Only three things are placed in your browser storage, one of them as a cookie:

Where your visit came from. If you arrive through a campaign or referral link, we remember which one (the usual utm_ parameters, the referring address and the landing page), so a later request can be matched to its source. This happens only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG) and only in sessionStorage — it disappears when you close the tab. If you decline, nothing is stored and anything already stored is deleted. It reaches us only if you then submit a form.

Your cookie decision is kept in localStorage. Your language choice is kept in the cookie panovo_lang, the only cookie this site sets: it is written only when you switch between EN and DE, lasts two years, applies to this site only, and contains nothing but „de“ or „en“. Both are necessary for the service you asked for (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG): without the first we would have to ask again on every visit, without the second we could not send you to your language when you open panovo.ai. You can change your decision at any time via „Cookie settings“ in the footer, and the language via EN / DE.

Through the forms we collect what you enter: name, company, business email address, a product link where applicable, and your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and to produce the sample report you asked for. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract), otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (lit. f).

Delivery runs through Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, based in India. There is no adequacy decision for India, so every submission is a transfer to a third country under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. The provider stores form data for up to three years. We ourselves keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to meet our retention obligations.

The fonts used are served from our own server. Opening a page makes no connection to Google or any other third party for them.

The booking link leads to Google Calendar, and the profile links on our team page lead to LinkedIn. These services receive data from you only once you click the link; from there their own privacy terms apply. Nothing of theirs is embedded in our pages.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. An email to team@panovo.ai is enough.

Independently of that, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for instance the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
